08.17.20August Event Extension

Due to a spawning bug issue (Dangerous Starfish), we extended events affected by it an extra 4 days.
Lost at Sea was not affected, but will have a new start date.

New: 8/14 - 9/1

Previous: 8/28 - 9/7
New: 9/1 - 9/11
