The Cowl may be worn by male Priests who have gained one or more Insights. The gray tunic and trousers are made of gray felt with a solid color cloth field between collar and sleeves. The Plain Cowl is crafted by the Mundanes with spirulina, capsic bark and angelica. The four dyes available at various other locations require significant Aisling labor. The Loures variant is dyed with spirulina, capsic bark and trigonelle. The Rucesion variant is dyed with spirulina, capsic bark and hyssop. The Mileth variant is dyed with spirulina, capsic bark and bittersweet. The Suomi variant is dyed with spirulina, capsic bark, hyssop and paola nut.
