The Entreaty: Conclusion ... 99.09.21

The Grimlok Queen, The Goblin Chief, and the Councilor of Loures address the conclusion of The Entreaty.

Praise Aislingkind

With the aid of hundreds of Aislings, we have defended our claim to the Calling Stone. We shall share the Calling Stone that you may use it to call a creature of your god. Once your religion has attuned to it, any member may summon your god's creature by prayer.

A special thank you to servants of Luathas and Deoch. We shall praise the names of the worshippers of Luathas and Deoch for your tremendous effort. Without your aid, the Goblins would have taken most of the fragments. As agreed, and according to tally marks made on the Pravat cave wall, the order shall be as follows:

  • Luathas ((99.09.22))
  • Deoch ((99.09.26))
  • Fiosachd ((99.09.28))
  • Sgrios ((99.09.30))
  • Glioca ((99.10.02))
  • Cail ((99.10.04))
  • Gramail ((99.10.06))

In show of thanks to all Aislings, our Grimlok Workers and Grimlok Proles are digging a tunnel through to a mountain pass. Through it, you may reach Piet and then Loures. From Piet and Loures you may also reach Pravat Cave. The Grimlok Workers are digging day and night and hope to clear way to Piet in the next week.

Phailin
Queen of the Grimlok

Even without you

Even against the odds of greater numbers, Bahadir Goblins amassed many fragments of OUR Stone. Thanks goes out only to Ceannlaidir's servants.

Ceannlaidir worshippers, we shall allow you to benefit from the Calling Stone within a few a weeks. ((99.09.24)) By prayer to Ceannlaidir, you will summon creatures of war to fight beside you. We praise Ceanlaidir's worship. The rest of Aislingkind will bow to you and us soon enough.

The rest of you are sniveling weak creatures will learn the price of your opposition. We shall not leave Pravat Cave. We like it's dank walls and cool climate well enough. We like even more, the crunchy sound of Aisling and Grimlok bones.

Bahadir
Goblin Chief

Diplomacy Fragmented

The Council of Loures is disappointed that several religious worshippers would interfere in the holy battle of the Grimlok and Goblins. Who knows what fate has been altered by this interference? The Grimlok are in a fearfully excellent position to launch attack on Mileth or Piet. Their motives and society, we know nothing of. It saddens the Council, and it may call for reassessment of these mutants known as 'Aislings.'

There has been some rumor that Assistant Librarian Marlin began this madness. He shall remain in the dungeon indefinitely.

Cyril
Councilor of Loures
