When asked, Mundane librarian Uistean replied that knowledge should not be hoarded by Loures, nor should it be static, but that discussion of The Arts should continue daily. He recognized the large increase in Aislings in Mileth, so convinced his kin to help him set up a library. Uistean hopes to create a college of The Arts.
