New Guards and Demagogues learn the ritual of Mileth Law and Mileth Politics respectively. These rituals may be used in any non-mundane area. This allows for convenient law enforcement or political activity away from the village hall.

Like lectures, it is begun by dropping a coin below where you begin the ritual. Unlike lectures, the coin must be placed exactly where you stand.
