Sending mail to wrong address creates a lot of problems for you and Dark Ages operation; it slows down response time and increases communication overhead.

The old e-mails still work and will continue to work indefinitely. The functions of the e-mail addresses did not change. Please do not resend mail that you already sent to an old e-mail address. We have received your mail.

library@darkages.com -> DA-Bugs@DarkAges.com
aisling@darkages.com -> DA-Play@DarkAges.com
candle@darkages.com -> DA-Win@DarkAges.com

The new e-mails are easier to remember and make it easier to identify the function of that e-mail address. Example: "DA-Bugs" more easily identifies the function of tech support than the name "library" (which is an allusion to a "Library of Leng" that houses arcane knowledge).
