Community Support Coordinator
Description:
Nexon USA is a vibrant and dynamic start-up developer of massive, multi-player
online interactive entertainment software for personal computers. We are
seeking motivated and energetic self-starters to support and keep the
pulse of our fans and players throughout the operation of our online games.
Requirements:
Gaming experience, preferably familiar with real-time strategy, role-playing
and persistent state world games; extensive experience with online gaming
in general. Minimum 3 years active involvement in all facets of the Internet,
including familiarity with such tools as bulletin boards and chat forums.
Intimate familiarity with online communities; familiarity with Nexon games.
Experience in customer/technical support preferred. Relocate to Silicon
Valley Area, California required.
