Smoke Bomb - Hali - ((Registered)) Rogues may use Blue Powder, to create a Smokey Sphere. Goblin Secrets - Kalliope - I can teach Aislings about the secrets of the Goblins. You must be a recognized Bard, Historian, Lorekeeper, or Philosopher. Aisling Bards, Historians, Lorekeepers, or Philosophers may teach the Goblin Secrets to others.
